Yes we are available for Zoom/Facetime in all of our services. If you would like or need your session in this manner please let us know when arranging an appointment.

What are your hours?
Typically our hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. However, under certain circumstances we will offer sessions outside of these hours.
What is your policy around after-hours?
We will on occasion meet with clients outside of normal office hours if it has been prearranged. If you have an emergency consider the following.

Te Haika is a mental health and addictions contact centre for people in crisis or experiencing moderate to severe mental health or addiction problems. It is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by mental health and addiction professionals.
This service is for everyone from Wellington, Porirua, Kāpiti, the Hutt Valley and the Wairarapa. You can request help or a referral to a mental health or addiction service, or you may have questions you want answered by a mental health or substance dependency professional.
If someone you care for is mentally unwell, they may be able to be seen and treated in their home or seen and treated in an inpatient mental health unit.
If you or a family member or friend who you are supporting is experiencing a crisis Te Haika can refer you to our Crisis Resolution Service (formerly our CATT team) who will provide help as soon as possible.

What is your confidentiality policy?
We take the confidentiality and safety of all of our clients very seriously. We will endeavor whenever possible to maintain confidentiality. Exceptions to this confidentiality occur when serious harm to our client or others is possible in the immediate or foreseeable future. We reference the NZAC code of ethics and receive regular supervision in order to best support all of our clients and their needs.

Because we offer a wide range of services and venues we do not post prices on our website. Please contact us for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment you will need to do so more than 24hrs in advance. If you cancel with less than 24hs notice the session fee may apply.
